# How to assign a billing manager If you're the team owner, you can assign *Billing Manager* permissions to other members of your team. They will then be able to: * Change your team's subscription plan * View and download invoices * Change the payment method and billing address First, go to the [team](https://rephonic.com/account/team) page and then click on the settings icon next to one of your team members.

Then tick the checkbox next to *Billing Manager* to assign that permission. They will receive a confirmation email.
