# Refund policy

### Eligibility

If you did not use the service (for example: if you forgot to cancel) we will fully refund your last payment up to a **maximum of 30 days** after it was charged.

### How to request a refund

First please make sure you have already canceled your subscription by going to the [Billing](https://rephonic.com/account/billing) page and clicking on **Cancel My Subscription** (unless you have already cancelled it).

Afterwards, send us an email (from the same email address that you used to create your Rephonic account) to request a refund: [support@rephonic.com](mailto:support@rephonic.com?subject=Requesting%20a%20refund).
