Refund policy

Eligibility

If you did not use the service (for example: if you forgot to cancel) we will fully refund your last payment up to a maximum of 30 days after it was charged.

How to request a refund

First please make sure you have already canceled your subscription by going to the page and clicking on Cancel My Subscription (unless you have already cancelled it).

Then please email us (from the same email address that you used to create your Rephonic account) requesting a refund:
