You can keep track of the podcasts you're talking to with the pipeline manager. It lets you assign a status for each podcast in your lists like Pitched, Warm, and Booked. You can do this by selecting a status in the dropdown in the Status column:
If you share a list with your team members and they can edit these too.
Use the menu at the top to filter your list by status:
Each podcast's status is included if you export a list.
