How to export a campaign

Any campaign (including saved searches) can be exported to a CSV file. You should first create a campaign and add a few podcasts to it in order to export contacts.

Once you've created a campaign, click the Campaigns button in the top-right corner of any page and select it.

Once you click the Export button, you will be prompted to download the CSV file to your computer. The export contains email addresses, social media accounts and lots of other data about the podcasts in that campaign. You can import the file into Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or other suitable software.

If you are unable to get in touch with a show by email you could also try sending a message via one of their social media accounts like X or Instagram.

Getting the email address for a single podcast

If you only need the email address for one podcast you can get that from its podcast page.

Go to any podcast and click the Contacts button to see the contacts that we found for this podcast and copy one to your clipboard.
